Project Summary: As part of the conversion of the old liberal club in Prenton to self-contained accommodation for autistic residents, the originally beer basement required converting to a watertight structure. CTL installed a DPM followed by a new structural concrete slab and sump. This was followed by the installation of a full Sika Cavity drainage system to all exposed floor and wall areas.
