Project Summary: Wallasey Ambulance project involved the refurbishment of an ambulance station roof. CTL were asked to undertake a survey to determine the current state of the roof. After core samples was taken, it was obvious that there was no water ingress within the system so an overlay was purposed.
As the roof was in a treatable state, a felt overlay was considered the optimum solution in terms of performance and cost to match the clients tight budget constraints. Proteus Pro-Felt Ultima Plus was overlaid onto the existing roof to extend its life expectancy. Construction Techniques worked closely with the Proteus Waterproofing, to ensure the project was completed to a high standard.
